The mission of the DCPLF is to fund the development of future services for the Douglas County Public Library.
Expansion of the Library to include the following projects:
Expansion of the library to include a new community room.
Redevelopment of staff workspace into community areas.
Expansion of the library area for book donations and storage.
Develop current space to include a larger quiet area for the public.
Develop a small public meeting room with technology.
Create an area for more parking. (Purchase property in the back of library)
Create an outdoor reading space for children.
Create an endowment fund to keep the library a thriving community space.
